Who is behind iPAQ.NET?
Well in case the logo wasn't obvious enough, my name is Salman or also known as
the guy behind the great domain iPAQ.NET (if you knew the lengths I went to
acquire it you'd agree).
By trade I am an ASP.NET developer, and have been for about 3 years now. I'm
sure your expected a long winded breakdown of my Pocket PC experience. Well
guess what, your not going to get it. The truth of the matter is I am an
enthusist just like yourself, with a vision to create the best web service for
iPAQ owners. I began my Pocket PC experience when I purchased my very own iPAQ
2210 on July 8th 2003.
So why start a community site you ask? I'm already a proud owner of
another
community site, but this time I wanted to branch out to something a little more
tangible. I may not be the greatest of writers, but I believe I can give a very
honest and critical viewpoint on iPAQ products and accessories (and build a
feature rich community site while am at it).
The Vision
iPAQ.NET is to be the Number One Community for iPAQ owners, period.

August 11, 2003: Reached a milestone of over 150 posts to the forums
August 9th, 2003: First published Review
August 1st, 2003: iPAQ.ORG acquires and transfers domain to iPAQ.NET
July 19, 2003: iPAQ.ORG goes live
